Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Process

• Self-service: Cancel anytime via agency dashboard
• Notice period: 30 days written notice required for annual plans
• Data export: 60 days to download your data
• Effective date: End of current billing cycle

2. Refund Policy

• ZekiHR follows a no-refund policy for standard cancellations
• Technical issues: Pro-rated refunds for documented downtime exceeding 24 hours
• Billing errors: Full refund within 30 days of correction
• Duplicate charges: Immediate refund upon verification

3. Data Handling Post-Cancellation

• Account data: Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
• Backup data: Purged within 180 days
• Legal obligations: Some data retained per Indian compliance requirements

4. Agency Client Responsibilities

• Agencies are responsible for refund requests from their own clients
• ZekiHR refund policy does not extend to end-client relationships
