Welcome to ZekiHR! By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Use of Service

• You must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of your agency or company
• You are responsible for all content and data within your account

2. Subscription and Payment

• Platform fees are charged as per your selected pricing plan
• Fees are billed monthly or as defined in your onboarding
• Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
• Late payment: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts

3. Agency Responsibilities

• Maintain legal compliance and accurate KYC
• Use the platform only for lawful recruiting purposes

4. Platform Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access

5. Intellectual Property

• All ZekiHR intellectual property remains our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Account data is retained for 90 days post-termination, then permanently deleted
• Users can export their data within 60 days of account termination

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or client disputes
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• This includes natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures

9. Dispute Resolution

• Initial resolution: Good faith negotiation within 30 days
• Mediation: Binding mediation in Kolkata, India
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Kolkata, India for legal disputes
• Language: All proceedings conducted in English

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
